Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations will be scheduled in 90 minute sessions, which will be moderated by an expert in the field. Presentations should be 12 minutes in length followed by 3 minutes of Q & A. All presentation rooms are equipped with a computer, projector, and screen. All computers have PowerPoint installed as the default presenting programme. We encourage speakers to bring their presentation on a USB-stick and upload their presentations during the coffee and lunch breaks prior to their presentation.

A 90 minute timeslot will be allocated to each panel session. The panel organiser is free to decide upon the structure of the panel.

Posters will be displayed during an interactive poster session. Authors are invited to present their work and engage in dynamic discussions with the audience. Posters should be printed in portrait orientation on A0 or A1 sized paper (or a comparable international size) and should be handed in at the registration desk upon arrival. All materials needed to display the posters (pins, boards, tape) will be provided.
